A few things to know about the beta
Applications close when the founding group is complete. Existing applicants can still sign in and check their decision. Trial invitation emails are not being sent yet. Waitlisted teachers can check this page for updates. A trial begins only when you choose it and open the Command Center.
This beta is intended for real parent–teacher conferences once booking is activated. We welcome feedback about what works and what could be easier. Please leave student information out of feedback.
Use conference information as your school permits. Parents do not create accounts. Completed conference forms are not stored in PlanningHour. School or district approval is not implied by participation.
We will provide advance notice before access ends. After your full-access period ends, you can view and download records and document existing conferences. New invitations and bookings require full access. No automatic deletion or charge occurs. Any future paid plan is a separate choice.
