Your free pilot

Founding Teacher Beta applications are separate from regular trials. Founding applications require approval and do not start a trial. Regular trials are available at the separate trial signup page and begin on first opening the Command Center. Approved founding pilot access runs through June 30, 2027. No card is required and there is no automatic charge. After full access ends, records remain available to view and download, and existing conferences can still be documented. New invitations and bookings require full access.

Teachers with full access can share private invitations and accept parent bookings now.

We will give advance notice of any paid offering and time to export records. Moving to a paid plan will be a separate choice.

Privacy, in plain language

Your teacher account stores your profile and the conference information you enter: a student's first name and last initial, guardian contact details, invitations, appointments, notes, follow-up work and contact attempts. Overview screens use protected codes; authorized teachers can open private details.

Do not enter student ID numbers, birth dates, addresses, diagnoses, grades or full student surnames. Use your school's approved process for sensitive educational records.

Firebase provides account and database services. Resend processes recipient email addresses and message content to deliver verification and conference emails. Automated reminders are currently off.

Conference PDFs are processed temporarily in your browser. They are not uploaded to your PlanningHour account; downloaded copies remain on your device. Closing or refreshing the paperwork page loses unsaved work.

Removing a contact from the list retains its underlying records and logs. For a data-access or deletion request, contact us below. Account expiry does not automatically erase records. A final retention schedule will be published before live parent use.

Help us improve

Tell us which page you were on, what you tried, and what happened. Please leave out passwords, private invitation links, student names and parent contact details.

This opens your email app. Nothing is sent until you choose Send.
