After your conference
Open its record and choose the conference outcome. Follow-up work is separate: choose an action and an optional due date. Only mark Held when the conference took place.
When a parent does not respond
Open the contact’s Contact log and choose Log an attempt. Record the date, method, and result. Logging an attempt does not send a message or count as a held conference.
Preparing your year-end records
Open a contact’s Contact log, expand Year-end report, select the date range, and choose Print / Save PDF log.
