PlanningHour Beta
A teacher-led beta with a 30-day trial and a separate founding pilot.
Your free pilot
Founding Teacher Beta applications are separate from regular trials. Founding applications require approval and do not start a trial. Regular trials are available at the separate trial signup page and begin only when you select Start trial. You can set up your profile and availability first. Approved founding pilot access runs through June 30, 2027. No card is required and there is no automatic charge. After full access ends, records remain available to view and download, and existing conferences can still be documented. Free includes five newly confirmed conferences per calendar month, with no rollover. Only confirmations made while Free use that allowance. Records, notes, contact attempts and follow-ups remain accessible. Teacher Plus and active full-access trials have no monthly conference cap. Approved founding teachers keep full access through June 30, 2027, without the Free limit.
We will give advance notice of any paid offering and time to export records. Moving to a paid plan will be a separate choice.
Privacy, in plain language
Your teacher account stores your profile and the conference information you enter: a student's first name and last initial, guardian contact details, invitations, appointments, notes, follow-up work and contact attempts. Overview screens use protected codes; authorized teachers can open private details.
Do not enter student ID numbers, birth dates, addresses, diagnoses, grades or full student surnames. Use your school's approved process for sensitive educational records.
Firebase provides account and database services. Resend processes recipient email addresses and message content to deliver verification and conference emails. Automated reminders are currently off.
Local Paperwork opens and edits PDFs on your device without automatic upload. Save blank to library is optional and saves the original blank privately to your account, including on Free; local entries are not included. The blank master remains while the account exists, separate from Shared document expiry. Shared Paperwork stores source files, signatures and completed forms privately for remote signing. Drafts expire 90 days after the last successful edit, unsigned sent forms after 90 days, and completed forms 30 days after submission. Download your school copy before expiry.
Removing a contact from the list retains its underlying records and logs. Use the account-deletion request page for owner-reviewed account deletion, or contact us for data access. A request does not immediately erase data: cleanup starts only after owner review and confirmation. Failed or unfinished cleanup remains tracked for recovery. After verified whole-account completion, three minimal tracking records and the reference lookup are retained for 14 days, then scheduled for removal; failed removal remains visible and retryable. This is not a 14-day retention period for student documents. Account expiry does not automatically erase records. Conference records have no automatic account-expiry deletion schedule; they remain available for existing-record work. Agree the permitted retention and school-record transfer process with your school before entering real information. Shared document deadlines are separate from conference-record retention.
