Delete your PlanningHour account

This permanently deletes your teacher profile and photo, contacts, guardian details, conference records, notes, attempts, follow-ups, invitations and help requests. Parent links and sessions stop working when the owner approves cleanup.

Download any records you need first. Completed PDFs on your device are not deleted. Limited security, deletion and enrollment audit records remain. Provider backup and soft-delete aging is separate from account cleanup; those copies may not disappear immediately.

Your request waits for owner review. Cleanup starts only after the owner confirms it. You can withdraw a pending request. The administrator account requires an ownership transfer first.
